1. Print-on-Demand Products
- All physical products, including journals and other merchandise, are print-on-demand items. Each product is custom-made upon order to minimize waste and align with our values of conscious creation.
2. Digital Products and Services
- Digital products (such as e-books) and services, including the Sacred Circle and private coaching, are not physical items and will not be shipped. Details for accessing these items will be provided via email or your account.
3. Production and Shipping Times
- For print-on-demand products:
• Production Time: Orders are typically processed and printed within 3-7 business days after payment.
• Shipping Time: Once production is complete, delivery times vary depending on your location:
• Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 5-10 business days.
• International Shipping: 10-21 business days.
Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as holidays or supply chain disruptions.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Tracking Information
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive tracking details within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us for assistance.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Brave Belief with Tracie L. Anderson is not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
- If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the expected time frame, please contact us at tracie@bravebelief.life. While we are not responsible for issues caused by the carrier, we will work with you to resolve the situation.
8. Changes or Cancellations
- Because our products are print-on-demand, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been submitted for production.
